HOURS AND LOCATION:
Arizona Strip Landfill is open to the public on weekdays and closed on weekends and federal holidays. All hours are listed in Utah time
(Mountain Daylight Time when in effect).
The landfill entrance is located approximately 8 miles south of Colorado City on Arizona
Highway 389.

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards, including American Express.

Yes, there is a minimum charge of $10 when dumping at the landfill.

Our office and landfill hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM MDT. We are closed on all federal holidays. Hours may vary due to holidays or weather conditions.

We do not accept friable asbestos, paint, industrial chemicals, oil, fuel, tires, medical waste, liquid waste, pressurized cylinders, or batteries. If a customer is unsure whether an item is accepted, they’re always welcome to contact us before bringing it in.
